We had Meridian Tree Service remove three of our old trees. We contacted Meridian Tree based upon the recommendation of my neighbor who has hired them a couple of times. Two of our trees were sick, and needed to come out. One of them was healthy, but was planted too close to the house (Who planted it that close, I wonder? Oh wait, that was me! Doh!) They also ground out one of the stumps. They had a crew of guys who came in and made short-order of the three trees. They cleaned up AMAZINGLY, and you could hardly tell that any work had been done. It was like three trees just disappeared. We immediately planted another smaller tree in the spot where the stump got grounded out, so that job appeared to be well done too. All in all, while it was sad to see our trees go, the experience with Meridian Tree Service was excellent! Also, I can tell you that their bid price was lower than the other contractor that we got a quote from, so saving $$$ is also a plus.
